The council accessed a loan of MK10,300,000 for the renovation and refurbishment of Boma Rest house in 2014.
This has helped the council in providing affordable accommodation to the travelers and tourists after noting that there were accommodation challenges in the District.
In addition the council's revenue has improved nd assisted the council in providing service delivery to the community.
